Help and advice to deal with housing problems, eg homelessness, rent and mortgage arrears, tenancy disputes, problems with landlords, harassment and illegal eviction. Drop-ins, appointments and telephone advice.

Free housing advice helpline on 0808 800 4444. Lines are open seven days a week from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8.00am - 5.00pm at weekends.

Shelter operate various advice sessions throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire.  For further information telephone 0344 515 1414 between 9am and 5pm:
