South West Law was established in 2002 by experienced and specialist lawyers to help those persons who have a need to seek justice and legal solutions to their personal problems.

The majority of our cases involve actions against or negotiations with Local Authorities and other statutory bodies.

Our services are normally free to people on a low income or in receipt of income support, income based Job Seekers Allowance or Pension Credit. For more information please contact us. We do understand that affordability is a concern to anyone seeking the help of a lawyer and we endeavour to provide good value for money, whether a person is a fee paying client or entitled to Legal Aid.
